These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the websites, online stores, products, and services operated by Khalid Capital Corp ("we," "us," or "our") (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Individual stores and products we operate may have their own terms, including shipping, return, refund, and subscription policies. Those terms apply alongside these Terms. If they conflict, the terms specific to that store or product control for that purchase.

3. Orders and payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limits on quantity.
• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are added at checkout.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for your order, including any recurring charges you agree to for subscriptions or memberships.
• Charges may appear on your statement under the store name or as Khalid Capital Corp.

4. Digital products and services

Digital products, courses, templates, and similar content are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access unless we say otherwise in writing. Results described in any product materials are not guaranteed.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at Inquiries@KhalidCapitalCorp.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of them.
• Scrape, copy, or collect content or data from the Services by automated means without our permission.
• Upload viruses or other harmful code.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, are owned by or licensed to Khalid Capital Corp and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as these Terms allow.

8. No financial advice

Khalid Capital Corp is not a bank, lender, broker, or investment adviser. Nothing in the Services is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Product warranties, if any, are stated with the specific product.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khalid Capital Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khalid Capital Corp and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any store-specific terms and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services.
